No. DropRaiders does not offer any form of real-money winnings, bets, or cash withdrawals. All deposited funds are used solely for entertainment purposes within the platform.
Yes. Any skins you win on DropRaiders can be withdrawn to your linked Steam account, provided you meet the requirements (Steam level 1+, valid trade URL, minimum $5 deposit).
Each case contains a fixed list of skins with assigned drop chances. When you open a case, the system randomly selects one item from that list. The outcome is final and cannot be influenced by the user.
Case openings are fully random, with each item having its own drop chance. Sometimes this means you may receive multiple lower-value skins in a row — this is normal and part of how random drops work.
A Contract lets you combine several skins into one new random skin. The outcome depends on the value of the items you add and the risk level you choose.
Once you click SIGN CONTRACT, the skins you selected are permanently removed from your inventory and exchanged for a single new skin. The chosen items cannot be returned, and only the new skin will appear in your inventory.
If something goes wrong (for example, the page freezes or a result doesn’t appear),
don’t worry — the outcome is always recorded on our servers. Check your inventory to see
the result. If the skin isn’t there,
contact support
with the Contract details and we’ll help.
Add one or multiple skins from your inventory. The system calculates your total value and shows a catalog of target skins that are more expensive than your total (no downgrades). Pick one target skin, review the shown probability, and click Upgrade.
Once you confirm:
Success – you receive the selected target skin.
Failure – you will see Upgrade Failed and the staked skins will not be returned.
All outcomes are instant and final. By using the Upgrade feature, you acknowledge that results are chance-based and that staked items cannot be refunded or restored.
Yes. Use Added probability with balance to
contribute wallet funds and raise your total value, which can increase your
chance — but never above 70%. Added balance is
non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
These shortcuts auto-suggest a target skin priced at roughly 1.5× / 2× / 5× / 10× your total value (or a random multiplier), so you can set a goal quickly.
Every Upgrade attempt — whether successful or failed — is recorded server-side
and saved in your personal Upgrade history. Check your inventory and history first. If
you don’t see the outcome,
contact support
with the timestamp and details of your attempt.
Open your inventory and select a skin. The Withdraw action
is available only if your account meets all requirements. If any
requirement isn’t met, you’ll see an error and no withdrawal request is created.
Once you meet the requirements, click “SENT” to start the Steam trade. Most transfers
complete within a few minutes, subject to Steam delays.
Requirements:
Steam level 1+
A valid Steam Trade URL saved in your profile.
Public Steam inventory and no trade restrictions.
At least $5 deposited on your account.
Note: Attempts made before eligibility do not queue a withdrawal.
No. When you win a skin, its value is locked at the price at the time of your win.
If the market price of that skin later changes by more than ±25%, we may offer you an
alternative skin of the same locked value. This ensures that you always receive your win
fairly, even if market prices fluctuate. If you’re unsure why you received a different
item, please reach out to our
support team
for clarification.
Unfortunately, since DropRaiders uses Steam Single Sign-On (SSO),
we do not store your password or credentials. If you lose access to your
Steam account, you will also lose access to your DropRaiders profile.
Please recover your Steam account through
Steam Support.
Yes. Each case has transparent odds that depend on the items inside. The higher the case price, the higher the potential rewards — but the outcome is always random. Drop rates are the same for everyone and cannot be changed once the case is created.
Yes. DropRaiders is not a gambling platform — we don’t offer cash payouts or betting. Deposits are used only for opening cases with digital items, and all rewards are cosmetic skins for CS2.
All your case openings are saved in My Account → History → Purchases, where you can see every item you’ve ever won with its value and date. Skins you still own (not sold back or withdrawn to Steam) are also displayed as cards in your Inventory, where you can manage them.
If a trade fails, your item will stay safe in your DropRaiders inventory.
You can try to withdraw it again later, or
contact support
if the problem continues.
