DropRaiders — Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

About DropRaiders
DropRaiders is a digital platform where users can open virtual CS2-themed cases to receive randomized in-game cosmetic items ("skins").
No. DropRaiders is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Valve, Steam, or Counter-Strike.
No. DropRaiders does not offer any form of real-money winnings, bets, or cash withdrawals. All deposited funds are used solely for entertainment purposes within the platform.
We offer daily free cases and occasional promotions, but deposits are required to access most cases.
Payments & Deposits
Once payment systems are live, you'll be able to deposit via credit/debit cards, crypto, or other supported gateways.
Deposited funds are credited to your DropRaiders balance and can only be used to open virtual cases.
No. DropRaiders does not allow withdrawals of deposited funds. Funds are used strictly for in-platform activity.
Yes. Any skins you win on DropRaiders can be withdrawn to your linked Steam account, provided you meet the requirements (Steam level 1+, valid trade URL, minimum $5 deposit).
Yes. All transactions are processed via licensed, PCI-compliant payment providers.
If a payment is declined or not credited, please contact support with transaction details.
Case Opening & Skin Drops
Each case contains a fixed list of skins with assigned drop chances. When you open a case, the system randomly selects one item from that list. The outcome is final and cannot be influenced by the user.
Case openings are fully random, with each item having its own drop chance. Sometimes this means you may receive multiple lower-value skins in a row — this is normal and part of how random drops work.
No. The result of each case opening is randomized and final.
"Sell Back" allows you to instantly return a won skin to DropRaiders for balance credit. You can then use that balance to open more cases.
No. Peer-to-peer skin trading is not supported.
Contracts
A Contract lets you combine several skins into one new random skin. The outcome depends on the value of the items you add and the risk level you choose.
No. The outcome is random within the value range based on the risk level you select.
You must add at least 3 skins to create a Contract. The maximum is 10 skins.
Yes. Each skin you add must be worth at least $0.30 and no more than $1000.
When creating a contract, you decide how wild you want the outcome to be:
  • Easy (x1.2) – safe play. The result will usually be close to the combined value of your skins.
  • Medium (x5) – balanced mode. The outcome can swing lower or higher, giving a mix of risk and reward.
  • Hard (x10) – all-in. The result can be a total bust or a huge win, with the widest possible range.
The default option is Easy (x1.2), but you can switch to Medium or Hard before signing the Contract.
Once you click SIGN CONTRACT, the skins you selected are permanently removed from your inventory and exchanged for a single new skin. The chosen items cannot be returned, and only the new skin will appear in your inventory.
Yes. Contracts are risky — the skin you receive can be cheaper or more expensive than the total value of all the skins you added.
Yes. All outcomes are random and based on predefined drop chances — we do not adjust or manipulate results.
No. Once you confirm, the exchange is final.
If something goes wrong (for example, the page freezes or a result doesn’t appear), don’t worry — the outcome is always recorded on our servers. Check your inventory to see the result. If the skin isn’t there, contact support with the Contract details and we’ll help.
Upgrades
An Upgrade lets you exchange one or more skins from your inventory for a chance to receive a single, more valuable skin.
Upgrades unlock after you’ve made at least $5 in deposits.
Add one or multiple skins from your inventory. The system calculates your total value and shows a catalog of target skins that are more expensive than your total (no downgrades). Pick one target skin, review the shown probability, and click Upgrade. Once you confirm:
  • Success – you receive the selected target skin.
  • Failure – you will see Upgrade Failed and the staked skins will not be returned.
All outcomes are instant and final. By using the Upgrade feature, you acknowledge that results are chance-based and that staked items cannot be refunded or restored.
Upgrades are designed to chase higher-value items. The catalog only includes skins priced above your total value.
The maximum probability is 70%. You can’t exceed this cap.
Yes. Use Added probability with balance to contribute wallet funds and raise your total value, which can increase your chance — but never above 70%. Added balance is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
This cap keeps outcomes fair and the feature balanced for all players.
These shortcuts auto-suggest a target skin priced at roughly 1.5× / 2× / 5× / 10× your total value (or a random multiplier), so you can set a goal quickly.
No. Each Upgrade attempt targets one skin.
Use search, price filters (min/max), sorting, and Grade filters (Contraband, Covert, Classified, Restricted, Mil-Spec, Industrial, Consumer).
Click the skin again to remove it from the Upgrade panel.
Every Upgrade attempt — whether successful or failed — is recorded server-side and saved in your personal Upgrade history. Check your inventory and history first. If you don’t see the outcome, contact support with the timestamp and details of your attempt.
Withdrawals to Steam
Open your inventory and select a skin. The Withdraw action is available only if your account meets all requirements. If any requirement isn’t met, you’ll see an error and no withdrawal request is created. Once you meet the requirements, click “SENT” to start the Steam trade. Most transfers complete within a few minutes, subject to Steam delays. Requirements:
  • Steam level 1+
  • A valid Steam Trade URL saved in your profile.
  • Public Steam inventory and no trade restrictions.
  • At least $5 deposited on your account.
Note: Attempts made before eligibility do not queue a withdrawal.
Before you can send your skins to Steam, make sure your account is ready:
  • Steam level 1+ — no fresh accounts allowed.
  • Add your valid Trade URL in your DropRaiders profile. You can find your trade URL here: https://steamcommunity.com/id/me/tradeoffers/privacy#trade_offer_access_url. Users are fully responsible for entering their trade URL correctly.
  • Keep your inventory public so our bots can reach it.
  • No trade bans or restrictions on your account.
  • At least $5 deposited to unlock withdrawals.
If you don’t meet these requirements, the withdraw button will give you an error. Fix your account first, then try again.
There are a few common reasons:
  • Your Steam profile is private — make it public.
  • Your Trade URL is missing or invalid — double-check it in your account.
  • Your Steam account has restrictions (trade ban, cooldown, or 7-day delay).
  • You haven’t made the minimum $5 deposit to unlock withdrawals.
  • Some skins may have a short Steam cooldown before they can be traded.
If any of these apply, the withdraw button won’t work until you fix the issue.
Usually within a few minutes, but Steam delays and trade limitations may apply.
If the trade doesn’t go through, you’ll be notified and the item will remain in your inventory. Contact support if the issue persists.
Yes. To receive trades, your Steam inventory must be set to public. If it’s private, our bot will not be able to send you any items.
No. When you win a skin, its value is locked at the price at the time of your win. If the market price of that skin later changes by more than ±25%, we may offer you an alternative skin of the same locked value. This ensures that you always receive your win fairly, even if market prices fluctuate. If you’re unsure why you received a different item, please reach out to our support team for clarification.
This usually happens due to one of the following:
  • Your Steam account is trade banned or has Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator disabled.
  • You’re under a 7-day trade hold (for example, after changing your password, email, or device).
  • Your Steam profile is set to private.
  • Your trade URL is invalid, expired, or not set correctly in your profile.
If none of these apply, please contact support so we can check it for you.
Account & Security
Yes. An account is required to access cases, manage your inventory, and withdraw items.
No. Users are limited to one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension.
No. Once linked, Steam accounts cannot be changed for security reasons.
Unfortunately, since DropRaiders uses Steam Single Sign-On (SSO), we do not store your password or credentials. If you lose access to your Steam account, you will also lose access to your DropRaiders profile. Please recover your Steam account through Steam Support.
Contact support at support@dropraiders.com to request account deletion.
Fairness & Legal
Yes. Each case has transparent odds that depend on the items inside. The higher the case price, the higher the potential rewards — but the outcome is always random. Drop rates are the same for everyone and cannot be changed once the case is created.
Yes. DropRaiders is not a gambling platform — we don’t offer cash payouts or betting. Deposits are used only for opening cases with digital items, and all rewards are cosmetic skins for CS2.
We only share data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, primarily with payment and fraud prevention providers.
You can see your full case-opening history in your personal inventory or profile dashboard. Each drop is logged with its value and timestamp.
All your case openings are saved in My Account → History → Purchases, where you can see every item you’ve ever won with its value and date. Skins you still own (not sold back or withdrawn to Steam) are also displayed as cards in your Inventory, where you can manage them.
Troubleshooting
Wait a few minutes, then check your balance again. If it still doesn’t appear, contact support with payment proof.
Most likely no — your case result is saved server-side. Reload the page or check your inventory.
If a trade fails, your item will stay safe in your DropRaiders inventory. You can try to withdraw it again later, or contact support if the problem continues.
Accounts may be suspended for rule violations, fraud attempts, or multi-accounting. Contact support for clarification.
All case results are logged. If you’re unsure, contact support and we’ll investigate.
