Skins you win may be withdrawn to your linked Steam account only if you meet the eligibility requirements described on the site.

DropRaiders reserves the right to verify eligibility, request additional documents, and suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet our requirements. Users are responsible for maintaining an active and secure Steam account with a valid trade link. We do not guarantee the availability of specific skins, and if market conditions change significantly, we may provide an alternative item of comparable value.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by Steam trade restrictions, third-party outages, or factors beyond our control.
Case outcomes are determined by predefined random drop rates, which remain the same for all users. DropRaiders is designed for entertainment purposes only. Please use our services responsibly and do not spend more than you can afford.
By creating an account, you agree in full to these Terms and all related policies. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
In this document, the following terms are used:
“Terms of Service” – the present set of rules that govern the proper use of the Website and all Services provided.
“Website” – the online resource available at https://dropraiders.com/, managed by DropRaiders, consisting of web pages, source code, and content.
“User” – an individual with a valid Steam account who has registered and accepted these Terms.
“Skin” – a digital cosmetic item for CS2 (e.g., weapons, knives, gloves, stickers) provided by Valve Corporation. Skins may have market value within Steam’s ecosystem but have no monetary value outside the platform.
“Account” – a secure personal profile created via Steam authorization, granting access to the Website and its Services.
“Steam” – the online platform operated by Valve Corporation, which manages games, digital content, and skins.
“Steam Policy” – the rules set by Steam regarding the circulation, exchange, or transfer of skins.
“Counter-Strike 2 (CS2)” – the online game published by Valve Corporation, from which the skins originate.
“Third Party” – any person or entity that is not the User or DropRaiders.
“Services” – the features of the DropRaiders platform, including but not limited to opening virtual cases, using Contracts, performing Upgrades, and withdrawing Skins to Steam. These Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
“Cases” – interactive features where Users spend their Balance to open a virtual container and receive one random Item based on predefined probabilities.
“Contracts” – interactive features where Users exchange multiple Skins from their inventory for one new Skin, according to random outcomes and risk levels.
“Upgrades” – interactive features where Users risk one or more Skins from their inventory for a chance to receive a more valuable Skin.
“Payment Method” – a payment option supported on the Website that allows the User to add funds to their Balance.
“Balance” – virtual credits available on the User’s Account, used exclusively for accessing Services on the Website. Balance funds are not deposits, have no monetary value outside the Website, and are non-refundable except as required by law.
“Registration” – the process of creating an Account via Steam login (single sign-on, “SSO”).
“Item” – any digital representation of a Skin displayed within DropRaiders (e.g., Case drop result, Upgrade result, Contract result), which may grant the right to withdraw a corresponding Skin through Steam if eligibility requirements are met.
“Virtual Items” – any digital assets within DropRaiders, including Skins, Balance credits, and promotional Bonuses. Virtual Items exist solely within the Website and have no cash value outside of it.
“Bonus” – free credits, promotional rewards, or other incentives provided by DropRaiders at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn.
“Withdrawal” – the process by which a User may request the transfer of a Skin to their linked Steam account via a trade offer. Withdrawals depend on Steam’s functionality and policies, and DropRaiders does not guarantee successful completion in the event of restrictions or technical failures.
“Force Majeure” – circumstances beyond DropRaiders’s reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in Steam policies, server outages, technical errors, cyberattacks, sanctions, or regulatory actions, which may affect the provision of Services.
“User Content” – any content submitted or displayed by the User on the Website, including usernames, avatars, messages, or other materials. Users are solely responsible for their User Content.
“Fraudulent Activity” – any activity that violates these Terms, including but not limited to use of multiple Accounts, payment fraud, attempts to manipulate outcomes, or circumventing technical restrictions (such as VPNs, proxies, or bots).
Note: If terms not specified in this section appear in the document, their meaning is interpreted based on context and, if necessary, according to applicable law.
By creating an Account on DropRaiders and using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and AML Policy, forming a legally binding agreement between you and DropRaiders.
By continuing to use the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not register or use the Services. DropRaiders reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the Website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly.
Access to the Services is restricted to eligible Users as defined in the Introduction. By registering and using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use of DropRaiders is lawful in your country of residence.
Registration and login are performed exclusively through Steam single sign-on (SSO). During this process, DropRaiders automatically receives limited Steam account information, including your SteamID64, nickname, avatar, and Steam level.
To enable Withdrawals, you must manually provide a valid Steam trade link in your Account settings. In addition, Withdrawals are only available if all of the following conditions are met: you have made at least the minimum deposit required as specified on the Website; your linked Steam account has a Steam level of 1 or higher; your Steam profile (including inventory) is set to public; and your trade link is valid and functional. Without meeting these requirements, Withdrawals cannot be completed. DropRaiders is not liable for failed or delayed Withdrawals caused by incorrect trade links, private profiles, insufficient Steam account levels, or restrictions imposed by Steam.
Users may also be asked to provide an email address for communication purposes, which can be added voluntarily in the Account settings or during Balance top-up.
DropRaiders additionally collects behavioral data related to your use of the Website, such as login frequency, activity history, and feature preferences, in order to provide and improve the Services.
In certain cases, including but not limited to disputes, suspected Fraudulent Activity, or AML/KYC requirements, DropRaiders may request accurate and up-to-date personal information or identification documents, such as your name, date of birth, residence address, or verification photos. Failure to provide such information may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
DropRaiders reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account without prior notice if fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected, or if the User violates these Terms. In such cases, Balance and Items associated with the Account may be frozen or forfeited without compensation.
All Balance credits, Items, and Skins exist solely within the DropRaiders platform and represent virtual features for entertainment purposes. These Virtual Items may only be used within the Website until successfully withdrawn to the User’s linked Steam account via trade offer. Upon withdrawal, such Items become subject exclusively to Steam’s rules and ownership policies. If a withdrawal cannot be completed due to Steam restrictions, technical failures, or User ineligibility, the Item will remain in the User’s DropRaiders inventory.

DropRaiders may, at its discretion, establish a minimum Balance top-up threshold for full access to Services.
By topping up your Balance and using it to access Services, you expressly waive the right to refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Access to the Website and Services requires a compatible web browser and internet connection. DropRaiders may discontinue support for outdated browsers at any time. The performance of the Services depends on your device’s specifications and network quality. DropRaiders shall not be liable for interruptions caused by Force Majeure events, Steam restrictions, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
To access the Services, you must have an active Steam account authorized through Steam single sign-on (SSO). During this process, DropRaiders automatically receives your SteamID64, nickname, avatar, and Steam level.
To enable Withdrawals, your linked Steam account must have a Steam level of 1 or higher, your Steam profile (including inventory) must be set to public, and you must manually provide a valid Steam trade link in your Account settings. Without meeting these requirements, Withdrawals cannot be completed.
Users may provide an email address voluntarily in their Account settings; however, an email address is mandatory when making a deposit. If you do not provide a valid and accessible email address, your payment cannot be processed.
Each User may create and maintain only one Account. Multiple Accounts, whether created intentionally or by negligence, are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent termination.
DropRaiders reserves the right to immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate your Account if any violation of these Terms is detected, including but not limited to Fraudulent Activity, payment fraud, use of VPNs or bots, or providing false information.
In the event of suspension, all rights to use the Services are terminated, but provisions that must survive termination (e.g., liability, indemnification, intellectual property) remain in effect. Balance and Items associated with suspended Accounts may be frozen or forfeited without compensation.
The use of offensive language or disrespectful communication with DropRaiders support staff is prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and Steam credentials, and must promptly notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
DropRaiders is not liable for any loss of access caused by bans, restrictions, or compromise of your Steam account.
Your Account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties. You confirm that you are acting solely as an individual and not on behalf of any entity.
DropRaiders may, at its discretion, request AML/KYC verification. If such verification is requested, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
If the Services conflict with the laws of your jurisdiction, you must refrain from using DropRaiders and purchasing services.
DropRaiders provides Users with access to digital entertainment features, including but not limited to opening virtual Cases, entering Contracts, performing Upgrades, and managing Inventory. All Services are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute gambling, betting, or real-money gaming. Deposited funds are converted into Balance and can only be used within the platform. Balance is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
DropRaiders is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Valve, Steam, or Counter-Strike. All rights to CS2 and its content belong to Valve Corporation.
Cases contain predefined lists of digital Items with associated drop chances. When a Case is opened, the outcome is determined randomly. Results are final and cannot be changed or influenced by the User. DropRaiders does not guarantee the value of any Item won.
Contracts allow Users to exchange multiple Items for a single new Item, determined at random. Once a Contract is confirmed, the contributed Items are permanently removed from the User’s inventory and cannot be returned.
Upgrades allow Users to risk one or more Items for a chance to obtain another Item of higher value. Outcomes are random, final, and cannot be altered. Items used in a failed Upgrade are permanently removed from the User’s inventory.
Users may request to withdraw eligible Items from their DropRaiders inventory to their linked Steam account. Withdrawals are subject to the following minimum requirements:
If any of these requirements are not met, Withdrawals cannot be completed. DropRaiders is not liable for failed or delayed Withdrawals caused by incorrect trade links, private profiles, insufficient Steam account levels, Steam restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
DropRaiders reserves the right to substitute Items of comparable value in the event of significant market fluctuations.
DropRaiders may, at its sole discretion, provide Users with Bonuses, promotional credits, or free Cases. Such rewards are non-transferable, have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, and may be modified or revoked at any time.
All outcomes of Services are determined by random algorithms that apply equally to all Users. Results are recorded server-side and cannot be modified after confirmation.
DropRaiders reserves the right to change, update, or discontinue any Service, including but not limited to Case contents, drop rates, Contract and Upgrade mechanics, and Withdrawal requirements, at any time without prior notice.
Users may add funds to their DropRaiders Balance using the payment methods supported on the Website. Each payment method has its own rules and requirements, including AML and KYC procedures, and may be suspended if the transaction does not comply with these requirements.
Users must ensure that they are the rightful owners of the payment methods used. DropRaiders may request additional documents in cases of discrepancies, suspicious activity, or compliance checks.
Deposits are final, non-refundable, and may only be used to access DropRaiders Services. Deposits do not represent bank deposits, investments, or financial instruments and have no monetary value outside the platform.
All payments are processed via licensed third-party providers using secure, PCI-compliant systems. DropRaiders does not store payment card details on its servers. While DropRaiders takes reasonable measures to protect payment data, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
All deposits made by Users are converted into DropRaiders’s internal virtual credits (“Coins”). Coins are displayed in the User’s Account Balance and are used exclusively to access platform features. Coins have no monetary value outside of DropRaiders, are not linked to any real-world currency, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or traded.
Coins are primarily used to open Cases. In Upgrades, Users may optionally add Coins to increase the probability of receiving a selected Item, subject to the maximum probability cap displayed on the Website. Contracts require Items from the User’s inventory and do not consume Coins.
When a Case is opened, the price is paid in Coins, and the User receives an Item. Each Item has a fixed Coin value at the time it is won. Users may choose to:
Once set, the Coin value of an Item does not change, regardless of third-party market fluctuations.
Prices of Skins displayed on the platform may reflect reference values from third-party markets (such as Steam) and are provided for informational purposes only. DropRaiders does not act as a marketplace, does not buy or sell Skins for real money, and does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of external market data. DropRaiders reserves the right to adjust Coin pricing of Cases, features, or displayed reference values at any time, as well as to correct errors in Balance credits or displayed amounts.
Due to the nature of the Services, refunds are not provided, except where explicitly required by applicable law (e.g., technical error or duplicate transaction). If a refund is issued, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Funds or Items provided through promotions, bonuses, or free features are not deposits, carry no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn. DropRaiders reserves the right to modify or revoke such offers at its sole discretion.
DropRaiders is an entertainment-only platform. We do not provide cash payments, financial rewards, or material compensation for any use of the Services, participation in promotions, or interaction with the Website.
Items obtained within the platform represent only the right to receive corresponding digital skins in Steam (subject to eligibility requirements) and have no real-world monetary value. Such Items cannot serve as grounds for monetary or legal claims against DropRaiders.
Participation in any promotions, bonuses, or events on the Website does not entitle Users to monetary rewards, prizes, or compensation of any kind.
DropRaiders is not responsible for any misunderstandings regarding potential earnings, as no such offers exist on the platform.
DropRaiders reserves the right to update or amend this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Website. By making a deposit or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy.

They will use only payment methods legally owned and controlled by them. Use of third-party payment details without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of the Account.
They will not attempt to bypass or avoid AML/KYC checks, including but not limited to using false information, forged documents, VPN/proxy services to obscure location, or multiple Accounts.
They will fully cooperate with DropRaiders during any verification process, including providing requested documents in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in suspension or permanent termination of the Account, and freezing of Balance or Items.
They must promptly notify DropRaiders if any information previously provided (such as address, identification documents, or payment method) becomes outdated or invalid.
They will not use DropRaiders for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose. Any attempt to do so may result in Account termination, forfeiture of Balance and Items, and reporting to competent authorities.
By accessing or using the Services, Users expressly agree to cooperate with DropRaiders in all AML/KYC procedures. DropRaiders reserves the right to deny access to Services, refuse deposits, or block Withdrawals if compliance requirements are not met.
DropRaiders applies industry-standard practices to protect personal information and takes all reasonable measures to ensure its confidentiality and security.
